After my disaster the night before, I came to Hotel 65 and was pleasantly surprised about it being a 2 star hotel. I was greeted by a lovely lad at the reception, who immediately made me feel at ease. I could leave my luggage waiting there, as I still had to wait for check in. He told me some nice things to do in the area and told me I could check in between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. When I came back later that evening I checked in, had to fill in a form and everything was done. I had to go 2 doors down, and up 1 and a half flight of stairs. When I reached my corridor, I was met with a pleasant, vanilla like smell hanging in the air. I reached my room and saw two 1 person beds, a small refrigerator and a TV. I had a bathroom with a toilet, a washing stand and a big enough shower stall. I was very happy about my room. Every morning they had breakfast from 07:30 - 09:30 a.m. with a good variety each day. I had a great time here and I would love to come back.

I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Hotel 65. The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping ensuring a spotless environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, being approximately a 10-minute walk to the nearest tube stations and a mere 12-minute walk to Olympia London. The continental breakfast was sufficient, offering a good variety of products. Freshly toasted bread, coffee, tea, and juice were readily available with refill options. Considering the amenities and services provided, the value for money was outstanding.

Great location - close to my daughter’s uni accommodation and not far to central London. I felt secure and safe even though I was in one of the hotels many ‘other’ buildings ( a few doors down from the main hotel) A fridge in the room was absolutely lovely. A hand towel would have been nice but the small bath /shower towel doubled up as a hand and bath/shower towel. My room bins was emptied daily ( 3 night stay) and a clean bath/shower towel laid out - however I would have liked to have had the opportunity to opt for a dont need my room cleaned/unnecessary washing doing. One toilet roll is all you get - despite a new towel arriving on your bed daily so you need to consider this.

Overall good value for money. The hotel is very well located (especially if you have a focus on west and central London) and the area feels (very) safe. Rooms are in different houses (located next to each other at the same street) giving it a bit of an apartment feel. Breakfast is included, and while it's no 'Hilton-style breakfast' buffet it's adequate and well organised. It's more akin to a breakfast you would have at home (coffee/ tea, toast, bread and some yoghurt), in other words: more than sufficient to get you going for the day. Staff is working hard and friendly. Rooms where cleaned each day.

Hotel 65 is spread over several buildings. I had a room across the street from the main building. The room was very quiet, we were not bothered by the other guests. The room is small but neat, and has a great bathroom. I also had breakfast which was included in the room rate. Breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of everything, bread spreads, boiled eggs, sweet rolls, jam, peanut butter, chocolate paste. And choice of coffee or tea. Furthermore, the hotel is located between several metro stations, namely Hammersmith Broadway and Shepherds Bush, Goldhawk Road, Shepherds Bush market.
